We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us straight away and we will try our best to rectify the matter.

 

As most of out items are personalised, we cannot usually accept returns unless an item is faulty. Please check sizings and colours carefully before ordering. Please also make sure all personalisation is correct when you place your order. We can only accept an incorrectly spelt item back if it was an error on our part.

 

If you do need to return any items to us, please obtain a proof of posting from your post office. We cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit.
